Mechanical engineering and design
Mechanical engineering and design are managed in-house by a long-experienced technical team in manufacturing processes and use of 3D CAD systems.
Starting from the inputs given by customers as drawings, needs or just problems, it is possible to elaborate solutions that will be later developed, prototyped and brought to serial production.
The optimization of design and materials, allows the customer to obtain considerable savings of time and resources which otherwise would be spent in R&D.
Laboratory
POLYURETECH Srl has its own modern laboratory run by highly trained operators.
The tests performed here, allow to study the different kind of materials employed by the company or sent by customers, in order to find the most suitable application for customer needs.
In the lab are carried out research activities to improve the knowledge of different materials and increase the range of solutions to be offered.

The quality of production processes, management and offered services, as defined by our Quality Policy Statement, is further granted by the full compliance with the Management System UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 (Cert Nr. 5010012433 - Rev.002).
The company is also allowed to manufacture articles suitable for contact with food products and antistatic articles for ATEX applications, issuing special Declarations of Conformity.
