POLYURETECH Srl manufactures and supplies articles suitable for contact with food products, issuing a special declaration which guarantees the conformity of both materials and manufacturing process to:
- International Law: USA FDA 21 CFR;
- EU Law: CE Regulation 1935/2004, CE Regulation2023/2006, CE Regulation 10/2011 and their subsequent modifications and supplements;
- Italian Law : DPR 777/1982 and s.m.i, DM 21/03/1973 and s.m.i, DM 174/2008 and s.m.i.
The manufacturing of these articles implies compliance with specific rules:
- It is necessary to employ only raw materials and adjuvants indicated by the above mentioned laws, accompanied by specific declarations of suitability for contact with food;
- It is necessary to employ raw materials which passed migration tests under specific conditions, performed by specifically tasked labs, according to the provisions of the above mentioned laws.
- It is necessary to employ substances subjected to restrictions which have been objects of test under specific conditions, performed by specifically tasked labs, according to the provisions of the above mentioned laws.

The manufacturing and supply of articles with declared suitability for contact with food products, requires the use of special materials and the adoption of special processing and monitoring methods during the different production stages.
Because of this, it is necessary to request the declaration prior to the beginning of the manufacturing process, otherwise it will be not allowed a subsequent production of this document.
As a further guarantee of this, the company adopts a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 (Cert Nr. 5010012433 - Rev.002) with documentation related to raw materials, products and manufacturing processes, available at the production facility.
