POLYURETECH Srl supplies articles manufactured with special anti-static compounds for ATEX applications.
For these articles is issued a declaration reporting the resistivity of the particular compound, measured according to the standard UNI ISO 1853:2012, verifying that the value is in the specific range 105 Ω·m - 1010 Ω·m.
This measurement is performed in a lab on different specimens, one of which is subsequently provided to the customer together with the declaration, to identify and indicate in the document the average resistivity value.

The manufacturing and supply of articles with declared suitability for ATEX applications, requires the employment of special materials and the adoption of special processing and monitoring methods during the different production stages.
Because of this, it is necessary to request the declaration prior to the beginning of the manufacturing process, otherwise it will be not allowed a subsequent production of this document.
As a further guarantee of this, the company adopts a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 (Cert Nr. 5010012433 - Rev.002) with documentation related to raw materials, products and manufacturing processes, available at the production facility.
