POLYURETECH Srl has recently completed the construction, equipment installation and put in operation of a whole news section of the production plant.
This new 5.000 square meters building houses a Mechanical Workshop equipped with new and larger machinery for processing operations on Metals, Elastomers and Plastics.
The original Plant (4.000 square meters) is now entirely dedicated to the Processing of Polyurethane and preliminary operations for the coating of inserts both produced in the Workshop or supplied by Customers.
This further internalizes and streamlines the management of various production stages, but more importantly, it expands the offering thanks to the possibility of processing Rollers and Wheels with Diameter up to 2.000 mm and Length up to 8.000,00 mm, which now can be also coated through rotational casting. These and other aspects related to the machine park and production capabilities will be examined and detailed in upcoming News.
Energy efficiency of the buildings has also been taken into account, with the installation of a 200 kW Photovoltaic System, which now enables the Company to produce a more sustainable portion of the employed energy, and which will soon be doubled with additional panels to be installed on the already existing facility. This choice is an integral part of a Company vision, increasingly oriented toward the future.
